I was in a situation a few years ago with a farm manager. He knew some of the ground was iffy but wanted me to fix it up. After a few years of fixing it up the landlord thought it was the best ground in the county and thought it should rent as such.
Question for those of you that rent farms with "unfarmable" ground.
