We farm the same type of ground. 200 bu corn and 60 bushel beans the last 4 years because of plenty o rain. We pay $50-100 per acre rent. Have to really split apply N 3-4 times throughout growing season. no more than 40 lbs at a time. Easy to do with urea/n-fix.
