Callao Missouri | Doe sent the selector for the automatic have different gear positions, cant you just run it without shifting into the last gear set? I am not sure how many shifts yours has but cant you just not use the top shift? Also I am pretty sure those Autos have a two position accelerator, 1: foot flat on the floor, 2: foot off of the accelerator. You may be better off or easer on your Trans to run a higher engine RPM in the lower gear set. Sorry I don't know much about your particular truck but I think you are looking for a simple solution.
