Hat is your opinion of the 199 rules as they affected coop grain sales through farmers for the past 5 (I think?) years?

That is a different animal, than this deal. Don't see that previous deal had much effect on how or where grain was sold.
Since farmer owns part of the Coop and profit is dist to the farmer trough pat dividend, then 20% of patronage should flow through tax free, like it would for any other business where taxes are paid as an individual. |
