I think what really bothers Coup is that Coops are getting some kind of an advantage. I suspect he hates Coops. I don't think it really has much to do with taxes.
Don't hate Coops @ all. Like the way they do business help to weaken the competition by extracting extra $ from their farming operation. Like CHS even better with their scheme to tie up farmers $ until retirement or death.
