MN | 1st thing is, contractors that deal with townships need to get the bills in on time. Our clerk does a great job calling contractors that we expect bills from and remind them, but if the bills aren't at the meeting, they don't get paid. For some contractors it takes a couple times to figure it out.
Mn has a township association with lawyers on staff that can answer and suggest solutions to these types of problems. Does IL have something similar?
