Subject: RE: Value of grain bins

Large bin sites are built and paid for by the ability to harvest ten of thousands of bushels a day that would swamp any grain terminal. Just the carry in Indiana can pay 30 plus cents a year towards a bin not including drying savings harvest timing opportunity. It would be very rare for someone using collateral in a bin to be taken at there word when dealing with the dollar amount that is in play today. Bins here are a 7 year ROI for a 40 year usable tool. Better than anything but drainage
