Southeast WI
Every year I grow 5-8 acres. Bale off straw and usually let kids mow it away and they sell it over winter and use some for their goats. If you are planting a fair amt for covers I'd grow your own seed. Pick some poor ground for it. Typically plant about 80 lbs per acre for seed. Think I'm going to increase that some this year and use a fungicide on it next year to try an increase yield.
