No, I can't check the 7 way plug because it is a sealed, non serviceable type. If it came right down to it, I will have to cut it off and replace it. I will check next time I pull it, but I don't remember the lights ever flickering.
The trucks plug looks fine. My truck is only 2 years old, and my dad's is 3. We had the same symptoms with both trucks.
