I wouldn't worry about voltage drop if the other three brakes are working fine. Fix the one that's not working and address the voltage drop later.

You have an open circuit to the fourth brake, I'd address that first. It may be shorting as well.

Make sure you plug all the holes you are making with your probe or you will have a whole load of electrical issues later on.


I don't think I have an open circuit to the wheel that isn't braking. There is 9 volts going into the magnet. When I bypass the wiring harness and put 12 volts right to the magnet wires, it works. I need to address the voltage drop because it seems that is my problem.

Also, I did clean the 7 pin connector already. If there was a short somewhere in the brake circuit, wouldn't it blow a fuse or trip a circuit breaker?
