Kansas is not making up for anyone. A large portion of the dry land production comes from NE corner and that's where it's very dry currently. The rest of the state's dry land on a typical year would average half of what this portion of the state does. Then you have the irrigated and it's more dependent on temperature.
Am I crazy to think 150s is more likely than 160s?
