| I think farmers who say "I have farmed for 25 years why do I need it now" is just a poor excuse for being lazy. Their ancestors probably said at one time " I've been farming with horses for 25 years why do I need a tractor?". Times change and farming has changed tremendously in the last 10 -15 years. There are plenty of things farmers could do with good data. If you look at any farm 1000 acres or above they all have the correct equipment to make good data collection possible, they just don't utilize it in the correct way. I just don't see how they don't take advantage of the equipment that they purchased. | |
