Not sure in Australia how TV formats are done?

Then you have DVD+ and DVD- formats.

You could still get into issues with people not being able to play the DVD burned on a computer with older DVD players as they may not recognize the  burned format.

Might just need to burn 1 and see if there are issues with some people. Most newer players can play either format.

I would have thought Windows 10 would have came with some burner software installed ?

Should be able to pick up hard copies of these at any office supply store. There are various versions some that do a lot more than others.
