Subject: RE: Burning DVD on Win10 laptop.

North East Wimmera district of Victoria.

Thought I was home and hosed!

But there is an unexpected issue!  Opened the DVD program, dragged and dropped a video file and found  ----

The DVD holds 4.7Gb of data. The current Video I thought I'd try is 13.4GB  !!!

Spoke to a guy in another town near us who does what we want to do - he says he uses a program called "Cyberlink Power Director" .Which he presumes alters the format of the video. [Maybe a bit like making a .pdf file out of a word document with photos imbedded - considerable less size.]

Anyone with any knowledge of the "Cyberlink Power Director" program please?

Another thought is to look at the quality settings on the Video camera - got a feeling they are at the top end of High Definition - which for our purposes may not be necessary.

Thanks again!
