Subject: Burning DVD on Win10 laptop.

North East Wimmera district of Victoria.

G'day from Aust!
More questions on my new laptop running Win 10.
This is related to recording [on a video camera] a church service, then being able to EASILY play it for folk no longer able to get out and attend services themselves.
We now can record with good quality sound, achieved by running a line from the P.A. mixer before the amplifier, to the microphone input on the video camera.
We can download the Video memory card onto the computer, and have a program that combines the 1/4hr segments the video camera records into one continuous file.
So far -  all good.!
Problem is that folk who want to watch are mostly not computer literate!  As in  -  turn it on, find the file, run it, maybe adjust the volume, and turn it all off.
Solution  - we wish to try is burn the file to a DVD, and take it to the folk on a portable DVD player.  Turn it on -  push play!
So -  my question.
What do I need to burn the video file onto a DVD.?

I thought there should already be a burn facility in Windows 10, but I can't find it!
