n.c.iowa | At our local menards I like to go in the evening, especially when getting lumber, usually the weekend warriors have come and gone, the help is more relaxed and helpful, they'll help you load, sort boards, whatever you need.
Thought I'd give a local lumber yard a try, stopped for a price on some laminated 2x6's and truss rafters, he'd have to check on it for me,said he'd give me a call back ......that's been 4 months ago, haven't heard from them.
