#1 was draining faster than #2 yesterday.

#1 was 1/2 full - #2 was close to topping - #3 was empty.

Close to a 6% slope on this line.

Need to hold water in #1 to allow #2 to drain faster.

At $6 an orifice I could just get several and experiment.

The top terrace is on flatter ground so it has more storage area.
