SW WI | I was waiting for the story to land on a version of what really happened before commenting and by the way, I have no idea what really went on. Just so sad, my condolences to the family.
I certainly do not want to diminish the seriousness of the situation but this sure seems like a mirror image of the ag economy in general. A few years ago when he was on The Bachelor, ag was riding high. Sort of felt like a new image of "farmers", not the old stereotypes but successful, technology driven, building your business and yes, making some good money. Now, back to struggling, depressed prices....questionable ethics, possibly driven by the overall stresses of the job? The last part is speculation since obviously I do not know. But I can see how it might be spun that way.
