John Deere 2640 on the road at 8PM. Bet he had all the lights legally required. I'm not defending the offender but a 40 year old tractor on the road with little or no proper lighting???? Bet he didn't even have a the required ASAE .6 SMV??

Do you have any facts to back up your post?

Yes. Beacons were not a factory option on a 2640 and on the road past sunset with at most two flashing lights

So you don't really know if the 2640 had an SMV or not? And you believe it had two flashing lights, but that is "little or no proper lighting" in your opinion? Because I can see old time warning flashers from a couple miles away.
