yes, i did defrag several times and also have done several disc cleans. i do this weekly at minimum as regular upkeep so to speak.

78.7% disc space is unused - precisely

i run  a spy ware program every day as a matter of course. i have no on going problems with that  - that i am aware of. it is called Max Secure Spyware Protector v 2.0.
