Subject: RE: natural gas

Somerville, Indiana
yes there is a lot of natural gas here for the taking. However it takes a lot of start up capital as product has to move by pipeline, and pipeline has to be installed before selling that first dollar's worth of gas. I doubt it being profitable unless gov't steps in like they did with ethanol. Takes a lot of capital. There are several wells going in here in my area but pipeline is behind, as both product and brine need to be transported. Many are horizontal wells reaching as far as 4000 feet away from the well site.
