In the last 5 years, I have walked away from 2/3 of my rented acres. Best decision I have ever made.

I did the same 20 years ago and ended up making more money, too many get in the "must keep growing" mode, there will be opportunity's at some point, just might take awhile.

Yea making more here to. high rents that just kept getting higher on below average ground. More time to do better job on the ground I have, equipment last lots longer, don't miss those 950 acres at all. Plus lots more free time to enjoy life!
