It difficult to read discussions like this in a public forum where very knowledgeable people share quality information back and forth.  To start with just because cattle have black hair coat that does not mean they are Angus. Slamming breeds shows a lack of knowledge about cattle and the industry.  Understanding and utilizing each breeds advantage in a crossbreeding program to produce efficient quality beef is what it is all about.
