SWOH | My grandparent's still have one hanging on their kitchen wall....it's been there since grandpa built the house in the early 60's. We used to play with it when we were kids (in the 80's long after party lines disappeared here) and grandpa told us how it worked and we heard all kinds of stories of how party lines were used and how my great grandmother would listen in on everybody else. Grandpa still has a cylinder phonograph, too, and several cylinders. I always thought that was pretty cool when I was a kid.
