Subject: The good, bad and ugly.


Had one for 3 seasons.

You saw most of the good. Add a lot less damage to beans to the list. Also can unload into the highest trailers we had.

Bad side is they can and do plug up if the operator is not paying attention. Never plugged in corn, but wet beans were a problem. Make sure you lock the hyd lever for the conveyer. Do not rely on the detents.

Ugly. Best way to clear the plug is move the conveyer out of the way after closing the door. Sounds easy enough. Two person job as someone has to hold the hyd valve safetys down while someone uses the hyd controls in the tractor. The first time it happens you lose a lot of time. After a while it is not that bad as everyone should know what to do and in what order to do it.
