| My Dad had a water line that sprung a pin hole leak and because he's rarely down there the basement got sprayed and mold was growing everywhere when we found it. By word of mouth we found a local family owned company that specialized in clean up of those type of situations. My kids got in there and got stuff out and cleaned up before he came in. He washed everything that was left with an anti mold liquid, then painted another anti mold sealer on it all the while running some big fans to air it out, he called them scrubbers (I think just so it sounded more expensive lol) He did a great job and was really careful about what he did. Cost $2500 for approx 1800 sq ft of basement. It's been 2 years and has been completely clean since. | |
