Probably in the ball park. Having been through it, tried to cheap out. Ruined a lot of stuff...bleach won't kill, and it comes back. Need to take break the cycle, kill it, and remove favorable environment or it will come back. I've probably spent that amount and still have it if I total up other damages from having to clean up 2x...
