besides removing mold, you have to find and eliminate the cause. may be as simple as a bleach washdown and resistant paint. ro prevent future issues, maybe a dehumidifier of involve much more. are you or family going to live there? i would not fix it just to rent out. if to sell, maybe sell as is.
