Seems kinda high. My parents home had a mold problem in basement as well. I used a 50/50 blend of water/bleach and just sponged down all the walls. Took me a couple of hours and then put a dehumidifier down there and its been good ever since...the key here was the dehumidifier afterwards to keep it away.
Mold in Basement.....Cost to Remove?
