Should be a tax on food then EVERYBODY pays, I don't onow anybody that doesn't eat, even the illegal immagrants buy food, to me that would be the fair way. Maybe other states tax food, IDK, but NE does not. Anything on groceries, eating out, all that convience store pop etc, all could be taxed, would add up very quick.
