| I am all in favor of a sales tax but where do you stop that? All the welfare people buy are lottery tickets, cigarettes and beer . Fuel is taxed cars and trucks are taxed where do we stop? it all goes back to it all costs to much. A school building used to cost 1 million now it is 7-10 million here all the districts are trying to land the county school on a basis you lose the school you lose the town, I feel you lost your town already. It is just to easy to jump in the car and drive 50 miles or more and we lost all the small farms where the people would go to a small private owned places now its a 50site coop Casey's,and a bank that is owned out of state. Most of the money spent in our town goes to Casey's and orschelns then out of town. We have to many big companies that just do business in the U.S. then take the money overseas to get away from paying their part of the bill . It is all a vicious circle. | |
