Steve, the lifeline that my mom is getting can be upgraded that if she falls, she doesn't have to press a button. It cost more per month, and I am just glad I got her to agree to the push button one. My brother just called and asked, how I did it. We all had about given up. I guess others in my place have to give them all the facts and then place it back in their hands, it is their choice.
