My mom didn't like the neckless and got the wrist band. Some one even asked for the time as they thought she had a watch on. I payed for the first year and some how it went back to her getting the bill . Said she had thought about canceling it a few times. So glad she didn't ! Saved her. as you know.
Does your new one have the alert if they fall ? Heard something but havent checked it out.
Don't know how far u or if any siblings are from her. (ya AZ. is a ways) But I heard on the scanner the address and got there before the anbulance . When lifeline called me I aleady knew more tham them. So Updated it that I would be called as soon as they called the ambulance. An option that you can do. They won't call till they know if ther's a transport.
