Ever think that maybe the dad is going to rent the kid some of his "family owned ground" and then rent some additional land to replace it for himself? My dad did this exact thing, rented me some poor family ground at $175/acre to get me started and then he went and rented better ground at a higher price to replace his loss of income.
You guys seem to want to burn everyone at the stake.
