Agreed. In this particular case, I feel that this is just an aggressive farmer trying to play it off as helping the son farmer get a start. I would love to actually meet the people that put these adds out. IMO, the adds should just read: "Aggressive farmer, willing to nearly double the county average cash rent in order farm your land." Just my thought.
