Rent a 10 acre building site with a big chicken coop on it already for say $800 a month with a house in it.

buy 1000 brown egg laying hens at idk say $20 each

Sell your cage free super special eggs at farmers markets for $4-5 a dozen and do what ever you want with the other 150k left over
