The idea is to turn that 200k into a lifelong farming operation so like buying cows for example, building a 60k hoop building (for example) wouldnt be the best return on investment for someone starting out. There is a whole scenario played out, renting ground from retired farmer (crop no pasture) have exsiting feedlot on grounds ect. Also have an old style farrowing building ect.
