You have a long life ahead of you.  I would suggest that you go and get a fulltime job.  My dad didn't let me come back for 4 years.  It probably was the best learning experience I had.  It gave me a different outlook than Dad had and has helped me in my career.  Why don't you get a full time job,  vacation during the busy season and start looking for land as you build a financial base.  Good luck on what ever you decide,  its an exciting time for you!!!!!!!!!!!!1
