NC Indiana | When rotating a field out of alfalfa or a clover cover crops, I've had some poor kills on the alfalfa or the clover and had some really nice corn for the field where the alfalfa was about 1/2 killed (enough alfalfa you loaded the cows up with hay before letting them graze the field). But I've also had it stop raining and lost 25-50 bpa when this has happened (clover) as well as the clover came back PO'd. Wish we would have had cattle back when we had this field happened.
