Ontario's middle east | That is indeed what I believe is happening. Them buying the front month has 2 desired effects. It bull spreads the market hopefully sparking a rally with them long and for elevators that didn't manage spread risks, it hurts them for storing. To me this is just the mechanics of how we make this market move corn when it's needed. The carry has overstayed its welcome......why would the market keep paying storage when it needs corn now? | |
