Northeast Nebraska and Candelaria Philippines | I agree white shadow, but I would think the end users would start to try to lay off some risk. I'll agree that 2 months ago, it looked like grain would continue to stay at lower levels, and there was little risk of a rally. BUT, just like you lay out a senerio for lower prices this summer, any hiccup in production and with the demand at these levels we'll see a substancial rally.
I would think the risk of upward price movement would have these end users wanting to lock up some physical bushels. |
