NE Arkansas SE Missouri
1980,83,84,86,90,93,95,98,99,2000 were the bad crops down here. That's why we saved our money on insurance and put in irrigation over the last 30 years. Our rates down here have always been too high, even on irrigated land. I have always suspected RMA's rate were not actuarially based, but politically based. The Midwest and Plains rates have lead me to that conclusion.
