When did rumors become facts?
Southern I did not say anything about these rumors becoming fact. The fact is trader response to rumor all the time and most time where there's smoke there's fire. Brazil importing corn in the 2012-13 market year "began" as a rumor,at the time those rumors made prefect dollars and cents sense that this would happen. Yes this is the "past" buy if we imported corn what's to say we will not imports beans ?
