Buxton ND | Whitey pretty sure Maize and Chip are talking about 2012's drought,were it was my opinion the RFS should have been relaxed (for a period of time) in face of the massive drought. NOT CHANGING the mandate,,,,,,,,,,, was waving a flag to the spec money that said "we need to keep corn price HIGH ENOUGH,LONG ENOUGH to kill export demand so we dont run out" That's pretty much what we did,,,,,,,,,,,,,but it also told EVERY Tom,Richard and Harry world wide PLANT CORN or ANYTHING else that can be fed....................
