| I never claimed to be a new producer it was a short cut taken by my old agent. My new agent told me this was a common short cut taken by insurance agents because it was less paperwork for them. I don't grow much wheat, 30-40 acres when I did. I had to write a check back for $2500 give or take. I didn't give the money back till several phone calls where made and answered. They told me I could appeal the decision or set up a payment plan, but when it was evident what the reason was I payed and grumbled a bit and moved on. What makes me made was that it was a short cut my agent made and if I knew I had a lower guarantee maybe I wouldn't of take out fed crop on the wheat. It wasn't a deal breaker either way. | |
