| In my situation it was about a wheat claim. I don't always grow wheat so my production history had gaps from the years I didn't grow any. The agent had all of my past history but marked new producer and used the T yields. I had a claim for those two years that I had to pay a portion of it back. The insurance company admitted it was a common mistake, It was all triggered from RMA audit. They claimed that there were 1000's of guys having to refund past payments. | |
