I had a 6 figure crop insurance production loss paid to me in December by nau on seed corn. Their formula is very complicated and i don't get it. Anyway they called Friday saying they made a mistake and I need to give 100% of it back. Can they do that? I did spend it already on 2014 inputs. Has this happened to any of you before? Can I fight it?
