TD 15, your situation is common and was not done, in most cases, with any intent to defraud the company.
For years it was not an issue, it wasn't enforced because the tracking system wasn't capable.
Well, that finally got resolved and presto! you grew wheat 5, 10, maybe 25 years ago.
You might have even forgot you grew wheat but that doesn't matter.
You won't qualify for New Producer status.

Perhaps your second wife grew wheat with her previous husband 20 years ago.
Guess what? Your not a new producer.

The New Producer rules are complicated, they are extreme and they are inflexible.
I've seen the most thorough of agents tripped up by New Producer rules.
