page 25 gives the outlook probabilities..


"We are looking for improvement and a return of El Nino.. unfortunately statistically.. the models do not.. at this time.. look for the odds of El Nino to exceed the odds of Neutrality..  later this summer... in July.. August and September.. The odds improve to Equal chances of Neutrality and one of the El Nino.. with a small.. it's tiny.. that the La Nina returns... but the models could be wrong..Ja?"
