as I keep saying...consider what you're doing if it's a crop-share farm...or a custom farm. I presume your landlord-mgr will ride the sinking ship to the bottom of the ocean with you.

The "5%" cushion acreage will only work for those that can farm perfectly. This will be worse than measuring the old set-aside acreage. At least you had a chance to adjust that if you found your measurements didn't jive w/ASCS. Make a mistake on this BYE program & it'll be BYE-BYE!!!!!
